We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our team!

Process Engineer is responsible for reviewing customer specifications, creating technical documentation and drawings, and conducting cost calculations. The role provides technical support across both simple and complex projects. Close collaboration with Production, Quality, Logistics, Sales, and R&D/Design is required to optimize process flows, manage priorities, and support project execution.
Responsibilities

• Analyzing customer technical documentation and design specifications.
• Preparing technical documentation for production (2D and 3D); knowledge of AutoCAD and Inventor software is preferred.
• Designing fixtures, tooling, and jigs for production processes.
• Developing prototypes, concepts, and technical solutions for customer design revisions.
• Participating in cost-improvement projects ("cost-out").
• Supporting and collaborating with the production department on manufacturing methods, time studies, and process technologies.
• Participating in ad hoc technical tasks and operational troubleshooting as needed

Requirements and Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering with a minimum of 5–7 years of experience, preferably in multinational organizations and with sheet metal manufacturing.
• Knowledge of technical drawings, geometric tolerances, and material specifications.
• Experience working with AutoCAD and Inventor.
• ERP knowledge is a must; SAP experience is preferred.
• Proactive, independent, ambitious, and result-oriented.
• Ability to take responsibility and manage tasks throughout their entire implementation period.
• Fluent English is a must
• MS Office applications required,
• ERP knowledge is a must, SAP is preferred
