We are seeking a passionate head chef to join our kitchen team in Østerbro.
About you:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a head chef or 5 years as a chef
Management and development of the kitchen team
Development of seasonal menus that reflect Aamanns identity: craftsmanship, season and ambitious gastronomy at eye level.
Building and maintaining close relationships with local suppliers.
