Restaurant Sanchez - Chef de Partie (Full-Time)

Restaurant   Sanchez –part of a group of contemporary Mexican restaurant concepts run by Rosio Sanchez. We’re looking for fun people with an interest in Mexican food to join our restaurant team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that the food is of excellent quality, we only work with the best quality and you need to be a guardian of this.
  

• Service and kitchen tasks will be necessary to work with us, we not only serve food but we also interact with guests and work together with the service team.

• Coordinating with coworkers and assisting when necessary

• Taking inventory of food items in fridges and freezers, we constantly keep a track and we work with fresh produce so we must keep on top of stock rotation and quality.

• Maintaining a safe and hygienic environment, we like to work together in a place where people feel safe as in the team as with the guest.

You will be…
