Din Mission
I forbindelse med at vi vil vokse endnu hurtigere, leder vi efter en exceptionel leder til at bygge et eller flere af vores salgsteams i København. Du får ansvaret for nysalg af nye målgrupper/produkter, hvor du skal bygge nye afdelinger op og sikre den medlemsvækst, som er med til at sikre os positionen som Danmarks hurtigst voksende community for professionel udvikling.

Presidents Institute er en af Nordens ledende facilitatorer af viden, inspiration og netværk. Vi skaber netværksgrupper, udviklingsprogrammer og konferencer som skal sikre vores medlemmer ekstraordinære og vedvarende resultater.
Vi er drevet af vores overbevisning om at uddannelse og udvikling sker gennem hele livet og vi passioneret omkring at hjælpe professionelle overkomme “ the Experience Trap ”. Presidents Institute har i dag 25 ansatte og over 1000 aktive topledere som medlemmer. Vi er aktive i Danmark, Sverige, og Finland med hovedkontor placeret i hjertet af København.
Dine opgaver
- Skabe en fremragende salgsorganisation med high performance kultur, fælles vision, klare og ambitiøse mål, positive konkurrence, kontinuerlig læring og udvikling, ansvarlighed, engagement, og drive
- Evaluere individuelle og teamets kompetencer, styrker & behov, coaching, 1:1 månedlige dialoger, give & modtage feedback
- Lede, vokse og motivere exceptionelle salgsteams
- Rekruttere de rigtige mennesker og hele tiden udvikle medarbejderne
- Udvikle salgs playbooks og opbygge akademi for hurtig og effektiv onboarding af nye medarbejdere
- Eksekvere virksomheden strategi og være med at definere fremtidige strategier
- Lukke aftaler og sikre vi når vores strategiske mål
- Udbygge relationer med kunder (C-level ledere fra Danmarks største og mest spændende organisationer)

Du vil stå i spidsen for nysalg indenfor en bestemt målgruppe/Institut og vil spille en afgørende rolle i en ambitiøs vækstrejse mod at blive hurtigst voksende platform for netværk og udvikling. I samarbejde med et ambitiøst Nordisk team vil du i denne rolle udvikle din person, dine ledelseskompetencer, og dit professionelle netværk til toppen af dansk erhvervsliv.
