Global Brand & Marketing Student Assistant - Copenhagen

We are looking for a creative and strategic Global Brand and Marketing Student Assistant. You will play an exciting supporting role in our overall operations in the Brand and Marketing team.

As the Global Brand and Marketing Student Assistant, your responsibilities include:

• Overall support to the Brand and Marketing Team, directly reporting to the Head of Brand Production
• Support Brand Production in our production of campaigns and marketing materials by assisting in research, development, planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Support Product Placements with planning and distribution of product samples to product placement partners
• Support PR by assisting our PR agency, and being the main point of contact on Launchmetrics (our PR and Media Monitoring agency) for administrative tasks and data collection
• Support in special projects as needed by the Brand and Marketing Team
• Assist in practical responsibilities for the team such as sending product samples, handling of products in different projects such as photoshoots, events and similar and other administrative responsibilities

You will work out of Louis Poulsen’s HQ at Holmen, Copenhagen, next to KADK and several prominent design and architectural practices. You will refer to the Head of Brand Production.

You will work closely as a team together with our Brand Development Production, Graphic Designers, Retail and In-store, PR, CRM, Social Media, Omnichannel Activation, and the entire Global Brand and Marketing Team.

Your profile
You are a collaborator by heart, hold a great balance of both creative and strategic skills in Brand and Marketing, and have at least 1 year of work experience from a similar position – preferably from a company with an international outreach or an agency where you have worked with global clients. Experience in premium global brands is a great advantage.

We believe below qualities & skills are valuable for the position:

• Skills in campaign planning, content creation, marketing reporting, all-around support in Brand and Marketing projects
• Currently studying in Copenhagen a Bachelor's degree in Brand, Marketing, Communications, or related and similar fields
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles globally, preferably in design and luxury industries.
• Strong Brand and Marketing skills with a passion for storytelling that drives engagement, conversions, and brand awareness
• Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and industry trends, combined with a results-driven approach and a focus on achieving business objectives.
• Great project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, organize, manage deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Fluent in English (verbally & written), Danish is a huge plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and knowledge of project management tools are a great advantage.
