Student Assistant in Marketing & Communications

At Aeven, we help keep critical IT infrastructure running for some of Denmark's largest public and private organizations. While our colleagues build, operate and secure the technology, our job is to provide them with the information needed to do so, and tell the stories behind it. You'll work alongside experienced communications professionals and contribute to projects that reach colleagues, customers and external audiences.

About the role
As our new Student Assistant, you'll become part of a small, but important Communications team that supports the business across a wide range of communications activities. No two days are the same, and you'll quickly gain responsibility while receiving guidance and feedback from experienced colleagues.

You'll help us tell Aeven's story internally and externally by creating engaging content, supporting campaigns and keeping our communication channels relevant and up to date.

Your tasks will include:

• Writing and editing news stories for our intranet and other internal channels.
• Creating content for LinkedIn, our website and other external platforms.
• Supporting communication campaigns and company events.
• Producing visual content for digital screens and presentations.
• Maintaining and developing our SharePoint-based intranet.
• Assisting with media monitoring, PR activities and other day-to-day communications tasks.
• Supporting the Communications team with ad hoc projects across the business.

About you
We're looking for someone who is curious, proactive and enjoys turning complex topics into clear communication.

Ideally, you:

• Are enrolled in a relevant bachelor's or master's program, maybe Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a similar is in the program title.
• Write confidently in both Danish and English.
• Have a strong interest in corporate communications.
• Are structured and able to manage several tasks at once.
• Enjoy collaborating with people, as we have extensive interaction within our organization and with external stakeholders.
• Are eager to learn and happy to take initiative when opportunities arise.
• Experience with SharePoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools is an advantage, but not a requirement.

The position is approximately 10-15 hours per week, with flexibility around your studies and potential for more hours based on your availability. Our office is located at our headquarters in Ballerup.
