Student Assistant | Brand Activation & Social Media

THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a creative, curious, and eager-to-learn student to join our Brand Activation & Social Media team. You will work across social media, events, content, and influencer marketing, helping create marketing activities that strengthen our brand and engage customers across the Nordics.

From supporting events and photoshoots to creating social content, coordinating influencers, and following performance, you will get hands-on experience and learn how ideas are turned into campaigns and improved through insights and data.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Your tasks will include:

• Supporting events and photoshoots, from planning and logistics to execution.
• Creating and publishing organic content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest
• Supporting influencer collaborations, briefs, and campaign coordination.
• Following content performance and helping collect and organise data from Meta, Kolsquare, and other sources.
• Helping prepare dashboards and presentations and turn performance data into insights.
• Keeping projects and timelines on track in Jira and flagging blockers when needed.

YOUR PROFILE
You are interested in social media, content, events, and influencer marketing, and you are not afraid to ask questions, take initiative, and try new things.

You bring:

• Currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communication, marketing, brand management, event management, or a related field, with at least one year left of your studies.
• Available approximately 16 hours per week with a flexible schedule around your studies.
• Excellent written and verbal English, combined with a creative mindset and an interest in content creation, events, photography, videography, and/or writing.
• An interest in data and performance, with a willingness to learn and understand how insights can improve content and campaigns.
• Experience with Jira, Google Sheets, or similar tools is a plus.
