HR Student Assistant

Your future team:
You will join a collaborative and supportive HR team, consisting of 5 HR Coordinators working with HR admin, 1 focused on payroll, and the Section Manager of HR Admin and Payroll. Together, we support all areas of ROCKWOOL Nordic region with the full range of HR administrative and payroll tasks. Being a small, close-knit team, we are deeply dependent on teamwork and knowledge sharing.

What you will be doing:
As a Student Assistant in Human Resources (HR) you will get a chance to work with back-office human resources administration and get a solid understanding of core elements of the full employee life cycle.

Your tasks will vary and will include:

• Supporting the HR team with general administrative tasks which are critical in ensuring that our operation is running smoothly including archiving and updating employee related data in our various information systems. We use Workday, SharePoint & SAP.
• Supporting with recruitment related tasks, such as candidate management, coordinating interviews, and helping with practicalities for career fairs etc.
• Helping with onboarding related tasks like introduction courses.
• Conducting data analysis and reports.
• Assisting with presentations, templates, guidelines and other HR documents.
• Assisting with various ad hoc HR tasks.

• It comes natural for you to be a team player, and you contribute with your good mood and positive mindset.
• You are currently studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree within Business, HR, Economics, Data & Analytics, Social Sciences, IT/Digitalisation, or a related field.
• You are comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• You are proficient in Danish and English, spoken and written.

The job is approximately 15 hours per week, but of course we are flexible and understand that your studies come first.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary:
Bachelor students: 160 DKK/hour
Master students: 175 DKK/hour
Transportation allowance: 1000 DKK/month
