Sr Sales Manager Denmark

As Senior Sales Manager , you will lead Prysmian’s commercial growth strategy in the markest. Working closely with the Sales Director Sweden & Denmark, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding our market presence across key industry segments.
In this role, you will:

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for the assigned market.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the market.
• Build and grow relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
• Lead strategic negotiations and commercial agreements.
• Manage and develop key accounts while ensuring excellent customer experience.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives and growth initiatives.

About You
You are a strategic and commercially driven sales professional with a passion for building business and delivering results. You combine strong relationship-building skills with a proactive, hands-on approach and thrive in a dynamic market environment.

You bring:

• Proven experience in sales leadership within a B2B environment.
• Strong business development and key account management capabilities.
• A successful track record of delivering sustainable growth and profitability.
• Experience managing complex customer relationships and negotiations.
• Strong commercial acumen with an analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ideally, you also have:

• Experience within the electrical, cable, infrastructure, construction, or industrial sectors.
• Knowledge of the Danish electrical distribution market.
• An established network with wholesalers, contractors, installers, or utilities.
• Experience selling technical products and solution-based offerings.
