Area Account Manager Wound Closure & Biosurgery- Region East, Denmark

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Area Account Manager for Wound Closure & Biosurgery in Eastern Denmark to drive sales of surgical products, manage key customer accounts, and execute regional business objectives. The role combines territory management, account development, and cross-functional collaboration within the MedTech Surgery division.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans for individual accounts and territory to meet regional sales targets
- Manage Ethicon Wound Closure and Biosurgery product portfolio, including hardware, disposables, and new technology
- Build account strategies with customers to deliver added value and drive non-direct sales growth
- Track competitor activity and implement proactive approaches to increase market share
- Coordinate tenders and maintain accurate account data and pricing integrity
Requirements
- Fluent Danish and English (written and verbal)
- Sales experience or hospital background; surgical field experience preferred
- Based in Eastern Denmark region
- Degree in business or healthcare
- Strong IT skills and communication abilities
- Valid driving license
Compensation: kr555,000–kr893,550 base annually, plus performance-based annual bonus or sales commissions
