ABOUT DREAMPLAN AND WIZFLOW

Dreamplan is on a mission to democratise financial advice through technology built for everyday people. We do it under two brands. Dreamplan.io helps Danes take control of their finances and make their dreams a reality. Wizflow.io is our platform brand for the financial industry itself: a no-code platform that lets banks, pension companies and insurers build compliant, human-friendly digital customer journeys, from first click to final digital signature, in weeks instead of years. Two ends of the same problem, one company. This internship focuses on Wizflow, with room to work on Dreamplan content too.

MARKETING HERE RUNS ON AGENTS

We have built our marketing function around an army of AI agents, backed by our own library of skills.md files: brand voice, product strategy, design system, content rules and more. It means one person can research, draft, design, publish and analyse at the speed of a whole team. You will learn to brief, direct and quality-check agents, and to write new skills when one is missing. That is the real thing you will take with you: not just how to write a post, but how to build the system that writes a hundred.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As a marketing intern at Dreamplan, you will get real responsibility and hands-on experience with:

• Websites: new content and pages for wizflow.io - and dreamplan.io when it makes sense. Use our existing skills, and build your own.
• Social media: plan and create engaging content, with LinkedIn as our main stage.
• Email marketing: newsletters and automated flows that keep prospects and clients engaged.
• Content marketing: articles on digital self-service, onboarding, compliance and behavioural design - the stuff our clients wrestle with every day.
• Live events: develop ideas and make them happen, e.g. webinars, demos, industry events and sessions with the partners we already work with.
• Analysis and optimisation: evaluate performance and adjust content based on data.
• Agent building: improve the agents and skills the rest of the team relies on.

WHO ARE YOU?

We imagine that you:

• Are studying communication, marketing or something similar
• Have a creative approach and understand how to make content that engages
• Are curious about AI - you don't need to be an expert, but you should want to work with agents every single day
• Are structured, proactive and ready to take responsibility
• Are fluent in English. Maybe you also understand or speak Danish? Wizflow content is mainly in English, Dreamplan content is in Danish, and half the team speaks only English.
