Join Us We are growing our Supply-Side Sales teams and are looking for ambitious Sales Executives across several markets. This is not a single open role, but a talent pool - an ongoing hiring pipeline which we will continuously review and match strong profiles with upcoming opportunities across our teams. Your Mission As a Sales Executive at Mercell, you will be at the forefront of growing our presence in the local market and shaping how organisations adopt smarter digital procurement. You’ll join a passionate, international team in a fast-growing SaaS environment, where technology, innovation, and purpose meet. In this role, you’ll work with a strong flow of inbound leads while also taking ownership of identifying and engaging new prospects. You’ll represent an AI-powered platform that helps organisations of all sizes simplify procurement, drive efficiency, and stay compliant — creating real value for both businesses and society.   • Proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers across your market.
  • Own the entire sales journey from first contact and discovery to negotiation, closing, onboarding, and upselling.
  • Confidently demonstrate the value and impact of Mercell’s AI-powered SaaS platform to organisations of all sizes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data in HubSpot, using insights to optimise pipeline and sales performance.
  • Stay ahead of developments in the local and European public procurement landscape to uncover new growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong experience (ideally 3-5 years) in digital sales, ideally within SaaS, software, cloud, or license-based solutions.
  • Strong application of Value or Solution selling methodologies.
  • Used to MEDDIC, MEDPIC, or BANT qualification frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of pipeline management.
  • High CRM data discipline.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to listen, adapt, and influence.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Native-level fluency in at least one of the following languages: Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, German or Dutch.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in high-velocity or consultative sales environments.
  • Knowledge of public procurement or regulated markets is an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of an international, collaborative team.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively in a dynamic setting.
