HVAD SKAL DER TIL FOR AT LYKKES I ROLLEN?
Hos Risika bliver du en nøglespiller i vores vækstrejse. Din primære opgave er at generere og lukke nye kunder, primært gennem egen mødebooking og opsøgende salg. Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med Nicolaj Mikkelsen, vores VP of Sales og resten af det kommercielle team, hvor eksekvering, vidensdeling og en stærk kultur går hånd i hånd. Du er teknologisk nysgerrig og stærk i brugen af AI. Du forstår at udnytte AI-værktøjer til at optimere din pipeline, personliggøre din outreach og analysere kundedata for at skabe bedre resultater hurtigere.VI FORESTILLER OS, AT DU:
- Har 3–5 års erfaring med B2B-salg - gerne fra SaaS, tech eller Abonnementsløsninger
- Trives med at booke dine egne møder, afholde demoer og lukke salget selv
- Elsker en hverdag med tempo, ansvar og frihed
- Er selvkørende og vant til at arbejde struktureret med, sales funnel, pipeline og CRM
- Tænker i værdi og behov og har stærke kommunikationsevner på både dansk og engelsk
- (muligvis) har solgt tekniske løsninger før, såsom API og/eller integrationer
- (muligvis) har erfaring med MEDDIC, Challenger Sales eller lign.
- (muligvis) har erfaring med salg til industrier såsom Engros, Fremstilling, Transport, Byggeri, Forsyning og/eller Finans
DINE PRIMÆRE OPGAVER:
- Outbound salgsarbejde (Opkald, LinkedIn, email mv.) mod relevante ICP’er
- Booke, afholde og lukke dine egne newbizz-møder i mid-market segmentet 20-50 ansatte
- Grundig og nysgerrig afdækning af kundebehov ved struktureret “discovery” af pain points
- Præsentere Risikas produkter og værdi for beslutningstagere
- Arbejde tæt sammen med Customer Success for at sikre en god kunde overdragelse og -oplevelse
- Vedligeholde og opdatere din pipeline i CRM (vi bruger HubSpot)
- Deltage i ugentlig sparring og performance-møder
