All Gravy

All Gravy is the all-in-one employee app designed for front-line, hospitality, and retail workers.

The next generation of employees are used to apps like Instagram, TikTok and Spotify in their personal lives but when they go to work at a restaurant chain or retail store, they're met with software created before they were born. All Gravy is changing that. We're modernising the tools for frontline employees and transforming the experience into one that is engaging and motivating; making their lives easier from getting paid to developing their careers. We innovate on the whole employee journey: from being recruited, onboarded, and growing skills, to knowing when to work and connecting with co-workers. We already work with some of the most exciting brands in Northern Europe - Gail's, L’Osteria, Pizza Pilgrims, Honest Burgers, Ottolenghi, Dishoom, Q8, 7-Eleven, and Best Western.

We've grown 300% over the last year and are now accelerating our expansion further into new markets. About the role

We are looking for Senior Account Executive who loves the chase, the close and the craft. You’ll own a territory and build your own pipeline of high-value targets, with SDR support, and booming inbound channel feeding you qualified opportunities. You call the shots on where to hunt, who to warm, and how to win. We’ll back you with marketing air cover, product firepower, and leadership you can trust for support and development. This is

What you will do

  • Create and run your target list of dream logos in our ICP. Name them, map them, multi-thread them.

  • Work a blended pipe: your self-sourced opportunities plus SDR-sourced meetings you turn into revenue.

  • Full cycle everything: discovery → tailored demo → value proof → commercial design → close → high-five.

  • Build business cases that make budget holders nod and sign (ROI, payback, the whole nine yards).

  • Feedback like a pro: turn deal learnings into sharper messaging, better product bets, and smoother process.

  • Beat targets without burning out.

You’ll thrive here if you…

  • You speak excellent English and are based in Copenhagen.

  • 3+ years of SaaS sales under your belt, fluent in consultative selling, and MEDPICC. Psst... If you’ve sold into hospitality, we’re listening even harder.

  • You’re curious, ambitious, disciplined, and self-driven.

  • Are owner-minded. You don’t wait for leads, you create momentum and you love a clean CRM.

  • Can navigate complex cycles and senior stakeholders, you’re credible in the boardroom and fun.

  • Are data-curious and coachable. You test, learn, and iterate faster than most people.
