Misión
Impulsar el crecimiento del negocio y la expansión del mercado de Vitrolife mediante la identificación de nuevas oportunidades de negocio, el desarrollo de alianzas estratégicas y la gestión de cuentas clave y canales comerciales. Este puesto será fundamental para fortalecer la presencia de Vitrolife en los sectores de FIV, diagnóstico y dispositivos médicos, a través tanto de la interacción directa con los clientes como del soporte a los canales de distribución.
Responsabilidades Clave
• Identificar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio en los mercados de FIV, diagnóstico y dispositivos médicos.
• Clinical Support, en caso de que sea necesario
• Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con clínicas de fertilidad, laboratorios, hospitales y otros actores clave del sector salud.
• Desarrollar e implementar estrategias regionales para aumentar la participación de mercado y expandir la presencia de Vitrolife.
• Brindar soporte a los canales comerciales cuando aplique, asegurando la alineación con los objetivos del negocio y el posicionamiento de la marca.
• Liderar todo el ciclo de desarrollo de negocios: prospección, contacto con clientes, análisis de necesidades, propuestas, negociaciones y cierre.
• Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales (ventas, marketing, soporte científico, I+D) para ofrecer soluciones de valor adaptadas a las necesidades de los clientes.
• Monitorear tendencias del mercado, dinámica competitiva y retroalimentación de clientes para identificar áreas de crecimiento y apoyar la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
• Proporcionar pronósticos de ventas precisos, mantener actualizada la información en el CRM y entregar reportes periódicos a la alta dirección sobre desempeño y pipeline.
• Participar en eventos de la industria, conferencias regionales y reuniones con clientes para representar a Vitrolife y fortalecer el liderazgo de pensamiento.
Requisitos
• Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Vida, Biología, Ciencias Biomédicas, Ingeniería Biomédica, Biotecnología o áreas afines.
• Experiencia comprobada en desarrollo de negocios, ventas o gestión comercial en el sector salud, FIV o diagnóstico.
• Experiencia trabajando en o con laboratorios clínicos, centros de FIV u hospitales.
• Mentalidad estratégica con excelentes habilidades de planificación, organización y ejecución.
• Sólidas habilidades de comunicación, negociación y gestión de stakeholders.
• Capacidad para liderar por influencia, fomentar la colaboración y lograr resultados en entornos multiculturales y matriciales.
• Conocimiento de diagnóstico in vitro (IVD) y de las regulaciones sanitarias aplicables es una ventaja importante.
• Dominio del español y del inglés.
• Disponibilidad para viajar (50–75 %).
