Revolution Medicines seeks an Associate Director Medical Advisor to establish and lead Medical Affairs activities in Nordic countries for its oncology pipeline. The role involves developing regional strategy, building relationships with key opinion leaders, and ensuring scientific excellence across cross-functional teams while supporting product launches.
Responsibilities
- Co-develop and implement pre-launch Medical Affairs strategy and tactical plans for Nordic region
- Establish and maintain scientific relationships with key opinion leaders, investigators, and healthcare professionals
- Provide medical oversight and scientific input to cross-functional teams ensuring regulatory alignment
- Plan and execute medical meetings, symposia, and congress participation to enhance scientific visibility
- Monitor competitive and scientific landscape to inform internal strategy and provide medical insights
Requirements
- Advanced degree: MD, PharmD, or PhD required
- Minimum 8+ years Medical Affairs or related pharmaceutical/biotech experience
- Strong oncology clinical development and evidence generation knowledge
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex scientific and clinical data
- Experience engaging with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders
