Regional Sales Manager - Neurovascular

Medtronic seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead neurovascular sales across the Nordics and Benelux, driving adoption of stroke intervention and aneurysm management technologies. The role combines field-based team leadership, customer engagement with neurointerventional physicians, and commercial strategy execution in complex hospital environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop regional sales team to achieve revenue and market share targets
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies for thrombectomy, aneurysm, and embolisation portfolios
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders, neurointerventional physicians, and stroke specialists
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align commercial activities and customer engagement
- Support technology adoption through customer education, physician training, and product launches
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with medical device sales and sales leadership experience
- Field-based commercial team leadership with sales target accountability
- Procedural-based medical device sales experience in neurovascular or related specialties
- Knowledge of national healthcare systems, procurement, and funding pathways in region
- Extensive travel capability throughout Nordics and Benelux
- Preferred: Direct neurovascular therapy or stroke intervention market experience
