Student Assistant for Spare Parts Sales

At Everllence’s PrimeServ organization, we're on the lookout for an ambitious Student Assistant to support our Sales Managers and take on vital administrative tasks. You will play an important role in:

• Create and control sales projects in collaboration with our Sales Managers.
• Apply your theoretical knowledge to test ideas, analyze processes, and contribute to business improvements.
• Conduct quote follow-up for larger offers.
• Correspond with customers and colleagues across our international organization.
• Ad-hoc administrative tasks.
• Work up to 20 hours per week, with a minimum commitment of 2 days per week, and flexible scheduling during exam periods.

We imagine that you:

• Possess a commercial mindset, ideally with experience in a similar role.
• Are proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Can work independently and foster collaboration across different cultural and professional boundaries.
• Are goal-oriented, with a keen focus on service and customer satisfaction, managing tasks systematically without losing sight of the bigger picture.

You'll join a dedicated team responsible for the sales of spare parts for vessels globally. We ensure our customers' main engines and gensets are always operational, playing a crucial role in the maritime industry. With a broad internal and international contact surface, you'll engage in meaningful work that directly impacts our success and supports our global presence.
