Student Assistant - IT Risk & Compliance

TORM’s IT Risk & Compliance team is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Student Assistant. This exciting role offers you the chance to gain hands-on experience within a leading international shipping company.

The Role
As a Student Assistant, you will support the Head of IT Risk and Security (CISO) in maintaining accurate security metrics and participating in IT risk assessments. You will play a vital role in assisting the implementation of the IT Security Roadmap at TORM.
This is a great chance to gain practical experience in a dynamic and supportive work environment with various assignments.

Your core tasks will include:

• Assisting with collecting data and metrics while maintaining accurate records.
• Conducting IT Security awareness campaign, compiling reports.
• Supporting the planning and coordination of IT security activities & roadmap initiatives

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good user skills in Microsoft Office 365 products (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Can meet deadlines with a structured approach to tasks.
• Is a good communicator, fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Has a general understanding of IT concept, such as systems, security, or infrastructure, which is considered an advantage Is able to quickly learn new tasks, tools, and processes in a structured work environment

You will work 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility during exam periods.
