About the role Our Sales Associates play a key role in bringing our brands to life. Working in a dynamic environment, you will provide exceptional service, share product expertise, and help maintain the highest brand standards throughout the store. How you will make a difference We expect you to create memorable customer experiences by: • Providing the highest level of customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect • Developing a thorough knowledge of products in store • Maintaining merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines • Keeping up to date with current trends and the brand’s place within the market • Following all operational procedures in the store and in the stock room.
