Student Assistant, Commercial Planning

Our Commercial Planning team consists of analytical professionals supporting the business globally across merchandise planning, forecasting, stock allocation and trade analysis.

We are looking for a Student Assistant who can support the Commercial Planning team.

This is the job
As a Student Assistant in the Commercial Planning Team you will assist the team on increasing efficiency by completing standard operating procedures and provide supporting analysis for the commercial planning team to help support various functions across inventory management, range planning or forecasting.

Further, your main tasks will be within the following areas:

• Help with forecasting demand using historical sales data and market trends.
• Assist with data analysis related to sales, stock levels, and trends.
• Support inventory management by supporting analysis for allocation and replenishment.
• Prepare reports and presentations for the merchandising team.

This is you
We imagine you to be well underway with your studies, either as a Bachelor or Master student in Business Studies or any other similar degree program.

You have an interest in retail and a desire for a career in Merchandise Planning and Forecasting. You have strong analytical and numeric abilities combined with strong attention to details, and ability to prioritise tasks to ensure key deadlines are achieved. Basic excel skills are a must and you must be comfortable with communicating and debating.

You are capable to work with fluent English.
