Your new role
As part of Aseptic Manufacturing, you will join a diverse team of 16 people, working closely with our Portfolio Manager and two Project Coordinators. Together, you support our Project Manager colleagues in their endeavours leading complex investment projects, and you interact with several other stakeholders on site and at headquarters.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

Overseeing investment and project capacity cost initiatives
Serving as an entry point for investment projects regarding financial compliance
Providing financial guidance to ensure correct accounting treatment throughout project lifecycle
Participating in investment budget process in collaboration with PMO Support
Ensuring that portfolio financial forecast insights are provided including risk reporting
Performing month end closing activities and report on investment financial performance
Conducting yearly asset review and depreciation outlook, as part of portfolio overview

Your new department
In Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control & Product Supply, we cover the full value chain from drug and device development to marketed Novo Nordisk products. We are more than 30,000 colleagues across the globe with the shared responsibility of scaling molecules, processes, devices, and products, dedicated to supplying life-saving medicines to the patients who need them most.

At Aseptic Manufacturing, Kalundborg, we produce medicine for rare diseases, such as haemophilia, serving patients all over the world. The Project Management Office is a part of the Production Support department, working closely with Facility and Utility experts. In our team, we are responsible for managing investment projects on site, with a broad portfolio that includes modernization initiatives, new technologies (machines and processes), and improvements on the filling lines.

Your skills and qualifications
This is a role for someone who thrives at stakeholder management, challenges the status-quo with curiosity, and brings structure, persistence, and a sharp eye for detail while keeping the big picture in focus. You’ll bring with you:

An academic degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline
2-5 years of experience in project controlling, project portfolio management, auditing, or financial controlling within complex organisations
Strong focus on financial compliance, ideally combined with experience using SAP, Clarity, and Power BI
Solid analytical skills, with the ability to maintain both a high-level overview and attention to details
Full professional proficiency in both written and spoken English
