Role summary:
We’re looking for an In-Direct Retail Project Lead for a temporary assignment of 12 months to drive impactful retail activation projects and ensure a strong brand presence in partner stores. In this role, you’ll lead the end-to-end execution of retail initiatives, handle both internal stakeholders and an external execution partner, and collaborate closely with the field sales force to maximize in-store impact and accelerate speed-to-market.

Your day to day:

Lead and manage retail activation projects, ensuring store renovations deliver strong market presence and align with business development goals.
Coordinate internal teams (CX, Key Account Managers, Field Sales Force) and one external retail execution partner to guarantee flawless execution from design to merchandising.
Support the sell-in process for retail initiatives, securing agreements and driving commercial success in collaboration with regional supervisors and the sales team.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through proactive communication and joint business planning.
Drive project planning and execution with a focus on accelerating speed-to-market and delivering high-quality results.
Define, monitor, and analyze project performance metrics, providing clear and timely reporting to stakeholders.
Handle budgets for retail execution and collaborate with supply chain for accurate demand planning and cost efficiency.

Please note that this is a temporary role for 12 months.

What you bring:

Strong project management and organizational skills, with a validated ability to manage both external partners and internal customers.
Proficiency in Swedish and English, both verbally and written.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with B2B customers.
Experience in retail execution and market-driven initiatives.
Analytical mindset for performance tracking and reporting.
Proficiency in digital project management tools; experience with SketchUp Pro is a plus.

Relocation support is not available for this role.
