Position Overview
The Head of Commercial Management is responsible for defining and driving the company’s commercial strategy to secure sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and strong market positioning. You will lead the development of commercial objectives, pricing frameworks, forecasting models, and cross-functional business reviews.

As a strategic advisor to senior leadership, you balance analytical rigor with strong interpersonal and communication skills to ensure alignment between market opportunities, operational capabilities, and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Commercial Strategy & Roadmap

Develop and maintain the company’s commercial strategy aligned with business and corporate goals.
Define commercial objectives & roadmap, go-to-market priorities, and revenue growth levers.
Communicate strategy clearly and inspire cross-functional teams toward common goals.

2. Pricing Strategy & Revenue Optimization

Build a data-driven pricing framework across products and services.
Identify opportunities for margin improvement and new revenue models.
Ensure pricing governance and transparent stakeholder communication.

3. Performance Management & Forecasting

Lead commercial performance tracking and deliver actionable insights.
Create and manage an integrated commercial dashboard with key KPIs.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate forecasting.

4. Business Reviews & Executive Reporting

Drive structured business reviews across all commercial areas.
Deliver concise, executive-level presentations based on clear storytelling and data.
Support decision-making through scenario modelling and strategic communication.

5. Market & Competitive Intelligence

Track market developments, customer trends, and competitive dynamics.
Conduct benchmarking across pricing, portfolios, and commercial models.
Translate insights into recommendations that balance business value and stakeholder impact.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Governance

Establish and lead governance forums (pricing committees, forecasting boards).
Build strong relationships across Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
Create a collaborative environment that fosters trust, transparency, and alignment.

Qualifications & Experience

10+ years of experience in commercial management, strategy, revenue management, or similar roles.
Strong analytical background with deep experience in pricing, forecasting, and performance management.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders.
Telco industry experience, as well as experience in subscription businesses, is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.
Experience building or transforming commercial functions is a plus.
