We are looking for an experienced Accountant, who will take on the responsibility of Relesys general bookkeeping while working closely together with the rest of our Finance department. Relesys offers a fast-paced and international environment, as we are a growing business with existing offices in Stockholm, Amsterdam, New York and Vilnius. Therefore, you will meet many exciting people and communicate both in Danish and English in line with payroll completion and external vendors.

You will join the Finance and Legal team consisting of four great colleagues ?? Your manager the CFO, a Finance Manager, a Bookkeeper and a Legal Counsel. (Pssst, if you are lucky the CFO might invite you all to Thanksgiving at his house again this year).

Responsibilities:

All-around bookkeeping including but not limited to following tasks
Complete payroll for the Danish entity
Submission of payroll input for foreign payroll vendors
Payment and recording of vendor invoices
Creation of recharge invoices and TP invoices
Execution and documentation of monthly closings
Ad hoc projects such as automation of processes in our new ERP Business Central

Who are you:

You are a positive person who loves to add to a social and engaging company culture

You work with attention to detail and structure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills
You have 3,5+ years of experience in bookkeeping
Experienced with VAT and corporation tax
An expert in using Microsoft Excel
Experienced with Business Central or Navision is a requirement
Experienced with IFRS is an advantage, but not a requirement
Experience with Zenegy is an advantage
Excellent in both written and verbal Danish and English ????????
