Gartner’s Consulting business provides independent advice and support for leading manufacturing clients globally. Providing data-driven support to crucial strategic decision making, informed by world class research across a range of current and emerging digital challenges.

We are currently looking for a highly talented, senior-level, Consulting professional who can advise C-level executives who have responsibility for driving transformational change within Manufacturing/Industrial organisations across the Nordic Region.

You could be an Executive Director, Client Partner or similar, with strong relationship building skills, or an existing Partner/Managing Director looking to join a growing consulting business with huge potential.

The Managing Partner, Commercial Sectors (Manufacturing, Retail, Industrial, Telecoms, FSI), will provide technology foresight and market intelligence to senior business leaders (CEO, CDO, CIO, CTO, CFO and senior IT executives). The activity ranges from developing IT Strategy (roadmaps, operating models, organisational design etc) through to ongoing strategy execution/ digital transformation support, governance and value realisation.

We seek candidates with the ability to drive business within some of our leading clients, initiating conversations at the highest level. Experience we’re seeking:

Excellent relationship building skills; with a proven strong track record of account development and growth
Consulting experience from a top management consulting firm
MBA qualification desirable
An excellent understanding of Private Sector (Manufacturing, Industrial, Retail, FSI, Telecoms etc) industries in Nordics/Sweden
Experience in one or more of:
- C-level Advisory Services with an understanding of the drivers for change, particularly technological and/or digital (AI, Cloud, Digital platforms etc)
- Technology, IT Strategy and IT Strategy Execution
- Digitalization
- Applications modernization
- Value Realization though IT transformation and programme assurance
Must have experience in leading IT and/or Digital strategy/transformation engagements, leading sales pursuits and proposal writing
