This role offers the unique opportunity to combine clinical vigilance with an exclusive lifestyle, cruising the Mediterranean —visiting iconic destinations such as Monaco , the Greek Islands , Ibiza , and the Amalfi Coast . You will be responsible for maintaining the principal's health and comfort in a luxury maritime setting.

The Team You will join a high-caliber medical department designed for excellence:

Lead British Doctor: Provides overall clinical governance and 24/7 support.
Physiotherapists: A specialized team focused on the patient’s mobility and rehabilitation.
Nursing Team: You will work alongside experienced, Western-trained nursing colleagues.

The Safety To ensure the highest standards of care and staff well-being, we operate a strict Double-Nurse Shift System . You will never be required to work alone; a colleague will always be on shift with you, ensuring robust support and preventing fatigue.

The Process

Phase 1: CV Screening & Credential Verification.
Phase 2: Secure Online Interview (Remote).
Phase 3: Deployment to the yacht in the Mediterranean.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a Western university is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of post-graduate experience in Acute Care (ICU, ER, or A&E).
Language: Native or C1 English fluency is essential for clear communication.
Attributes: Professional, discreet, and adaptable to life at sea.
