Join ECCO at an exciting time as we build our cross-channel engagement capabilities and strengthen the way we create personalised customer experiences globally. You will play a key role in designing and implementing automated journeys that drive engagement, loyalty and long-term customer value.

Create seamless customer journeys across channels and markets
You will become part of our Customer Engagement & Loyalty organisation within the CRM & Loyalty team. Working closely with colleagues across Marketing, Data, IT and local market teams, you will help create consistent and impactful customer experiences powered by automation and data. As one of the specialists driving this agenda forward, you will combine technical expertise with a strong understanding of customer engagement to bring ideas to life in Bloomreach.

More specifically, you will:

• Build, configure and optimise automated customer journeys and trigger-based flows in Bloomreach.
• Collaborate with local markets to implement best practices and ensure a consistent global approach.
• Design and execute A/B tests to continuously improve customer engagement and campaign performance.
• Support data quality initiatives and troubleshoot technical challenges together with IT and relevant stakeholders.
• Drive automation projects and maintain a structured backlog of opportunities and enhancements.

Use your expertise to turn complexity into impactful experiences
To succeed in this role, you enjoy balancing technical execution with collaboration and stakeholder management. You are comfortable working with details, while also understanding the bigger picture and the customer impact behind every interaction.

We imagine that you bring:

• Solid experience working hands-on with marketing automation platforms, ideally Bloomreach.
• Experience creating and managing automated customer journeys, personalisation initiatives or lifecycle programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across functions, markets and cultures.
• An analytical and structured approach with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
• Fluency in English and confidence working in an international environment.
