Roolista Etsimme Coachwaylle ensimmäistä suomenkielistä Inbound Sales Specialistia! 🚀 Tässä roolissa saat vastuullesi inbound-liidien käsittelyn ja kauppojen klousaamisen asiakkaidemme puolesta. Työskentelet nopeasti kasvavien verkossa toimivien fitnessvalmentajien kanssa, joilla on paljon kiinnostuneita liidejä ja jotka tarvitsevat rinnalleen ihmisen, joka osaa viedä keskustelut maaliin tehokkaasti ja laadukkaasti. Tämä ei ole kylmäsoittoa. Kaikki liidit ovat jo osoittaneet kiinnostusta valmennusta kohtaan. Sinun tehtäväsi on soittaa, kartoittaa tarve, rakentaa luottamus nopeasti ja klousata kauppa. Rooli vaatii selkeää rakennetta, hyvää tempoa ja kykyä pitää oma myyntiputki hallinnassa. Tulet käsittelemään noin 700-800 inbound-liidiä kuukaudessa, joten jos tarvitset jonkun jatkuvasti kertomaan, mitä seuraavaksi tehdään, tämä ei ole oikea paikka. Tämä rooli sopii erityisen hyvin sinulle, jos sinulla on 2-4 vuoden kokemus myynnistä, viihdyt tulosvastuussa ja haluat paikan, jossa ansainta ei pysähdy matalaan kattoon. Vastuualueesi
- Inbound-liidien käsittely ja jatkoyhteydenotot puhelimitse, tekstiviestillä ja DM:issä
- Liidien kartoittaminen, kvalifiointi ja kauppojen klousaaminen valmentajien puolesta
- Oman myyntiputken ja kalenterin pitäminen selkeänä ja hallinnassa
- Tiivis yhteistyö valmentajien ja Coachwayn tiimin kanssa pipelineen, tuloksiin ja optimointiin liittyen
- Myyntipuheluiden läpikäynti, palautteen vastaanottaminen ja oman tekemisen jatkuva kehittäminen
- 2-4 vuoden kokemus puhelinmyynnistä, telemarkkinoinnista tai vastaavasta myyntiroolista
- Vahvat viestintätaidot ja kyky rakentaa luottamusta nopeasti puhelimessa
- Itsenäinen ja järjestelmällinen työskentelytapa
- Sujuva suomen kieli. Englanti on osa arkea, ja ruotsi, tanska tai norja ovat selkeä plussa
- Henkistä kanttia. Kestät sen, että kuulet “ei” monta kertaa putkeen
- Halu kehittyä, ottaa palautetta vastaan ja tulla paremmaksi
- Valmius työskennellä kokopäiväisesti toimistolla Kööpenhaminan keskustassa
- Etsit rauhallista 9-17-työtä, jossa kaikki on määritelty valmiiksi
- Haluat tehdä töitä täysin etänä
- Provisiomalli ei motivoi sinua
- 4-5 tuntia puhelimessa päivässä kuulostaa liialta
- Tarvitset jatkuvaa sparrausta pysyäksesi liikkeessä
- Takuupalkan perehdytysvaiheen ajaksi
- Realistisen ansaintatason 8.000-11.000 €/kk
- Provisiomallin ilman palkkakattoa
- Toimiston Kööpenhaminan keskustassa
- Tiiviin tiimin ja lyhyen matkan ideasta toteutukseen
- Roolin, jossa panoksellasi on suora vaikutus sekä palkkaasi että urakehitykseesi
