About the role

As our Senior Director, Technical Program Management, you'll lead some of the most complex and strategically important technology programs across the LEGO Group. You'll combine executive-level technical program leadership with people leadership, guiding a team of Technical Program Managers while directly driving large cross-product and cross-domain initiatives. This role sits within Consumer Marketing Technology, where we build technology solutions that support both consumers and employees. You'll help create the right balance between agility, engineering excellence, and program assurance, ensuring teams can deliver meaningful outcomes without unnecessary governance.

Required Qualifications

• Delivered large-scale technical programs spanning multiple products, teams, or business domains.

• Led program execution across complex stakeholder landscapes, including senior leadership engagement.

• Built and managed digital roadmaps aligned to strategic business outcomes.

• Directed teams of program management professionals, including coaching, development, and performance planning.

• Orchestrated risks, dependencies, governance, and delivery planning across concurrent initiatives.

• Applied agile software development practices within technology and software engineering environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Earned certifications in agile project or program management frameworks.

• Overseen portfolio-level financial considerations, including total cost of ownership or value-based prioritization.

• Supported technology strategy development across large product or domain portfolios.

• Worked within consumer-facing digital product or marketing technology environments.
