Ready to shape the marketing experience for one of the most exciting categories in Nordic e-commerce?
We are looking for a Marketing Manager for a maternity cover of approximately 13 months to drive the customer-facing journey and category performance across our Kids department. From everyday essentials to seasonal collections, footwear and accessories, you will bring the category to life through engaging campaigns, inspiring content and a seamless shopping experience across our channels.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As our Marketing Manager for the kids category, you will play a key role in planning and executing marketing activities across onsite, CRM and campaign touchpoints, ensuring that the category stays relevant, engaging and commercially strong.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Develop and execute quarterly and yearly Kids marketing plans, aligned with commercial priorities and seasonal initiatives.
Own the Kids front page and key landing pages, ensuring a strong and engaging digital shopping experience.
Monitor traffic, engagement and category KPIs, using performance insights to evaluate results and optimize activities.
Coordinate with Buying & Merchandising (B&M) on trading plans, product launches and brand exposure.
Collaborate with CRM to develop engaging, high-performing email campaigns that support category priorities.
Brief and coordinate visuals with our Content and Art teams for campaigns and seasonal initiatives, ensuring a consistent experience across onsite, landing pages and newsletters.
YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for someone who combines a creative mindset with a strong commercial understanding and knows how to turn customer insights and category trends into engaging marketing activities.
We imagine that you bring:
At least 3 years of e-commerce marketing experience, preferably within fashion, kidswear or retail
Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines
A collaborative mindset and experience working across creative, commercial and technical teams
Strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as Google Analytics and Qlik Sense
An understanding of customer behaviour, seasonal trends and what drives performance in an online retail environment
Fluency in English, our company language
