Drive performance management and help shape COWI’s Future
The Group FP&A team plays a pivotal role in improving our performance management, turning data into insights that guide actions. As Senior Manager, Group FP&A, you will help shape how COWI plans, measures, and communicates performance at group level.

You will operate at the intersection of strategy, finance, and executive decision-making. Reporting to the Head of Group FP&A, you will define the frameworks that connect strategy to financial outcomes — and ensure that leadership decisions are grounded in clear, fact-based insight. This is not about maintaining processes. It is about elevating them.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Own the group performance narrative, challenging assumptions and ensuring clear communication of trends, risks, and opportunities across reporting cycles
• Prepare high-impact presentations and drive decision-oriented communication to the ELT, CFO, and Board
• Drive maturation of our value steering framework translating COWI's strategy into a steering logic embedded in strategic and financial steering processes
• Drive standardisation, automation, and tooling improvements across FP&A processes
• Mid-term planning (MTP) translating strategic ambitions into financial targets, scenarios, and resource allocation frameworks
• Contribute to finance transformation initiatives

This role does not include direct people leadership.

On top of that, you likely have:

• A master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or other relevant discipline
• Extensive experience in FP&A, business partnering, or performance management within a global organisation or through consulting, with a demonstrated track record of effectively and collaboratively managing corporate-level financial processes
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end planning processes
• Outstanding communication skills — able to turn complexity into clear, executive-ready insights
• Strong business partnering mindset with the confidence to challenge constructively
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial management, supported by a strong analytical and technical toolbox
