Sales Manager EV Charging Solutions - Finland

The position
TSG is expanding its EV charging business in Finland, building on its established service organisation and customer relationships in fuel infrastructure.

Your mandate is to turn this platform into new charging-project and recurring-service revenue. You will identify and win customers, develop commercially sound proposals with technical colleagues, and take opportunities through to signed contracts and a structured handover to delivery.

This is a hands-on sales role with responsibility for developing the Finnish market. It combines new-customer acquisition with EV opportunities arising from TSG’s existing customer relationships, working closely with the Finnish Key Account Manager.

You will focus on multi-brand DC charger service agreements, fast-charging installations at fuel sites, and charging solutions for fleet and logistics depots.

Your commercial focus

You will develop business through two complementary routes:

• Service opportunities: win multi-brand maintenance and service agreements for customers’ existing DC charging infrastructure
• Installation opportunities: win charging projects at fuel sites and fleet depots, with long-term service included in the proposition from the outset

The objective is profitable project sales combined with growth in recurring service revenue—not charger hardware sales alone.

Your main responsibilities

• Find and win new customers: charging operators, energy companies, fuel retailers and station dealers, logistics and fleet companies
• Sell DC charger service agreements across brands (Kempower, Alpitronic, ABB and others)
• Sell and scope DC charging projects at forecourts and fleet yards, including AC charging where it is part of a depot or site solution, together with technical specialists and project managers
• Build and manage your own pipeline in our CRM; forecast honestly
• Work with marketing on targeted campaigns, and with partners such as charger manufacturers
• Work closely with our Finnish service team and the Nordic EV organisation

Your profile

What you bring

• A proven record of winning new customers in technical B2B sales—for example in EV charging, electrical infrastructure, energy solutions, fuel infrastructure or industrial equipment
• Experience taking opportunities from first contact to signed contracts
• Technical understanding to discuss customer charging and service needs, recognise site constraints and involve specialists at the right time
• A structured approach to pipeline management and follow up
• Fluent Finnish and good working English

Experience in EV charging, project sales or recurring service contracts is an advantage, as is an existing network among Finnish fuel retailers, fleet operators or charging operators.
