Funnel Optimisation Analyst

ABOUT THE JOB

As a Funnel Optimisation Analyst in the Marketing team at Flatpay, you'll own the testing and analysis behind our funnel from webform visit through to lead and booking, across all markets. You’ll work closely with both the Marketing team and the local sales teams to identify, test, and prove opportunities to improve visit-to-booking performance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Work with teams across markets to understand lead handling processes and identify growth opportunities
• Design and analyse structured tests on our webforms including layouts, field order, and flow structure to improve visit-to-submission rate
• Design and analyse operational tests to identify lead-to-sale optimisation opportunities
• Use SQL and Python to transform and analyse large data sets relating to visit-to-booking performance
• Ensure webform data is clean, consistent, and ready for ingestion into our data warehouse
• Support with market-level performance analysis and performance monitoring dashboards

WHO YOU ARE

You are analytical, organised, and curious. You enjoy designing and analysing experiments that directly impact business growth, and you are comfortable turning messy or complex data into clear insights and recommendations. Must-haves

• 1-3 years experience in a revenue growth, operations, analytics or other data focused role
• Experience using SQL to query large datasets, perform analysis, and generate actionable business insights
• Structured, hypothesis-driven approach to experimentation and problem solving
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with stakeholders and sales teams across different markets.
• Strong attention to detail and an interest in improving data quality and business processes

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working with webforms, lead generation, or similar conversion funnels
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks or a similar cloud data warehouse
