AI Business Analyst

We are seeking an ambitious and curious AI Business Analyst to join Responsive. This part-time position is ideal for students looking to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of AI, technology, and consulting in a fast-paced consultancy environment.

The Role
As an AI Business Analyst, you will help shape how Responsive and our clients leverage artificial intelligence to work smarter and create value. This part-time position is ideal for ambitious students looking to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced consultancy environment while working with some of the latest AI technologies and ways of working.

You will work alongside experienced consultants and technology experts to explore, implement, and scale AI-enabled ways of working. From developing GPTs, skills, and AI agents to supporting client projects and internal transformation initiatives, you will play an active role in helping reimagine the future of consulting.

Your Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively on internal AI initiatives and client-facing projects.
• Help develop, configure, and maintain GPTs, skills, AI agents, and other AI-enabled tools.
• Research and evaluate new AI technologies, capabilities, and use cases.
• Support consultants in applying AI to analyses, business cases, presentations, and other project deliverables.
• Contribute to shaping new AI-powered ways of working across Responsive.
• Participate in client projects and support stakeholder interactions when relevant.
• Uphold high standards of conduct and contribute to the collective knowledge base and skill set of the team.

Your Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a relevant degree within technology, IT, data, digital business, software engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies through academic, personal, or professional projects.
• Hands-on experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, or similar AI platforms.
• Experience building or configuring AI solutions such as GPTs, agents, workflows, or other practical AI applications.
• Strong understanding of how AI can be applied to solve business problems and improve ways of working.
• Familiarity with concepts such as APIs, data sources, integrations, and modern AI workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with an ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Danish is our working language in the office and with some of our clients, which is why fluency in the language is required.
• High level of English proficiency in professional settings (we report and communicate with our clients in English).
