This is the job:

As a Paid Search Specialist, you'll be instrumental in driving our growth strategy through strategic campaigns on Google. Take the lead in shaping and executing high-impact paid search and video advertising efforts, optimizing data insights, and seamlessly integrating campaigns into broader marketing initiatives.

Your main responsibility:

• Lead the planning and execution of compelling paid search and YouTube campaigns on Google.
• Drive and own the strategy for paid search, ensuring optimal performance and staying up to date on new technological developments (e.g. AI).
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of paid search campaigns.
• Dive into data insights to refine strategies and enhance campaign performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid search efforts with broader marketing initiatives.

This is you:
You're a seasoned Paid Search Specialist with over two years of hands-on experience. Your expertise covers successful PPC campaigns, including search, shopping, YouTube, Demand Gen, and performance max. You navigate Google Ads with ease, bringing analytical insights for campaign optimization. Your strategic mindset aligns paid search efforts seamlessly with broader business objectives.

In general, the following qualifications are required:

• Proven experience (minimum of 2 years) in developing and executing successful paid search campaigns, with hands-on experience in search, shopping (including feed management), YouTube, Demand Gen, and performance max campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of the Google advertising platform.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to derive actionable insights for campaign optimization.
• A strategic mindset to align paid search efforts with overall business objectives.
• Passion for staying updated on the latest trends and innovations in paid search marketing, especially development in AI.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit to work seamlessly with the marketing team.
• Fluent in English, both in speaking and writing.
