About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Promotions Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will help increase product visibility, support promotional campaigns, and contribute to sales growth by coordinating marketing and pricing initiatives across digital platforms.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with data, marketing, and e-commerce in a collaborative remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns to increase product sales.
• Assist with updating product information, pricing, and promotional offers.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare simple performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve product visibility.
• Research market trends and competitor promotions.
• Help optimize product listings for improved customer engagement.
• Support seasonal promotions, discounts, and special campaigns.
• Ensure promotional information is accurate and up to date across online platforms.
• Maintain organized records of promotional activities and sales performance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, e-commerce, retail, or a related field is an advantage.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to analyze basic sales data and identify trends.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with online marketplaces or e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of promotional planning and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets and reporting tools.

What We Offer

Salary: 4,600-5,500euro per month (gross), depending on experience
