Part time marketing Associate

BRING BOLD IDEAS TO LIFE AT AN AI STARTUP SHAPING ONLINE SHOPPING Diverge delivers AI shopping Assistants for mid-to enterprise sized e-commerce with large assortments. Our assistants guide customers whenever they experience friction in the shopping journey. The result is higher revenue and customer satisfaction, while saving time in customer service. This is delivered at the customization level of inhouse projects with the ease and cost of a standardized solution. We have big customers in Scandinavia, including Boozt.com, Imerco, Bestseller, DKcompany, Intersport and Helsam. Now we’re looking for someone who can help turn our product, customer results, and ideas into marketing that gets the right people interested.

THE ROLE

You’ll work closely with our full-time marketing associate (Sofie) and the founders. You’ll target Heads of E-commerce and other decision-makers in e-commerce through LinkedIn, paid ads, and relevant industry channels. This is a role with responsibility where you will be expected to generate, validate and execute your own ideas within the framework we give you.

• Create content and campaigns. Write LinkedIn posts and other content, help run targeted paid ads, and turn team knowledge into clear copy, short videos, and product demos.
• On camera. Part of the role will include creating short-form content for social media such as product explainers, behind-the-scenes moments, client stories, and other creative formats that reinforce our message. You will be expected to make comments and posts from your personal Linked In page as well.
• Make it happen. Take ideas through planning, feedback, and execution. Track whether they reach relevant decision-makers and help generate qualified conversations, then improve the next attempt.

Our marketing should support sales by making sure the right businesses know who we are and what we do. You are expected to work the majority of the time in-person, from our office in Copenhagen.

ABOUT YOU

You have ideas and the initiative to act on them. You can think creatively about reaching a B2B audience, understand what matters to a business buyer, and turn a complex product into a clear, interesting story. You follow through, seek input, and keep work moving without waiting to be chased. Fluent English is required, Danish or Swedish is a plus. Confident on camera is a plus. Practical experience with content, LinkedIn, or paid campaigns is a plus, whether from a job, a student organization, or your own project. Video and design skills are a plus.
