CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Hos Loving Loyalty bygger vi kassesystemer og POS-løsninger til restauranter, caféer og detailbutikker i Danmark. Vores kunder er travle iværksættere og butiksejere, der er afhængige af at tingene virker – og når de ikke gør, er det dig, de ringer til. Vi søger en Customer Support Specialist, der bliver det trygge anker for vores kunder. God support handler ikke bare om at lukke tickets – det handler om at forstå mennesker og løse problemer hurtigt og præcist.OM ROLLEN
Du bliver primær kontaktperson for vores kunder på tværs af telefon, chat og email. Du modtager og håndterer henvendelser med tekniske spørgsmål, fejlmeldinger og driftsproblemer, guider kunder trin for trin gennem løsninger og eskalerer til det tekniske team når det er nødvendigt. Du vil også bidrage til at forbedre vores supportprocesser, når du ser mønstre i hvad der går galt.HVEM VI LEDER EFTER
Vi søger bredt – det vigtigste er ikke din titel, det er din tilgang. Du kan komme fra en teknisk baggrund, fra kundeservice eller fra noget helt tredje. Det der kendetegner dig: du kommunikerer klart og roligt også når kunden er frustreret, du mister ikke overblikket når flere ting sker på én gang, du er nysgerrig på teknologi og ikke bange for nye systemer, og du taler og skriver dansk flydende. Engelsk er en fordel.HVAD VI TILBYDER
