Det här är en praktisk, kreativ roll där du producerar social-first content från idé till färdig leverans. Du kommer att arbeta tillsammans med kreatörer, strateger, designers och kundteam för att skapa innehåll som engagerar – ofta med korta ledtider och högt tempo.
Du kommer bland annat att:
- Planera, filma och redigera kortformat innehåll för sociala medier.
- Vara med ute hos kunder och skapa content på plats.
- Fånga trender och snabbt omsätta dem till relevant innehåll.
- Filma med mobil och enklare kamerautrustning.
- Klippa video i exempelvis Davinci Resolve eller CapCut.
- Arbeta med textning, ljud, musik och enklare motion graphics.
- Bidra med idéer kring kreativa koncept och content-serier.
- Samarbeta nära kreativa team för att leverera innehåll som både känns organiskt och uppnår affärsmål.
Vi tror att du
- Har erfarenhet av att skapa content för TikTok, Instagram eller andra sociala plattformar.
- Är snabb både bakom kameran och i redigeringen.
- Förstår vad som får människor att stanna kvar i flödet.
- Är nyfiken på nya format, trender och kreativa uttryck.
- Är självgående men gillar att skapa tillsammans med andra.
- Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska.
Du behöver inte ha arbetat på byrå tidigare – det viktigaste är att du har ett starkt kreativt öga och en portfolio som visar vad du kan.

- Du filmar nästan allt.
- Du sparar TikToks för att inspireras.
- Du tänker i hooks, retention och storytelling.
- Du vet skillnaden mellan content som känns producerat och content som känns äkta.
- Du gillar att testa, lära dig och utvecklas.
Extra plus om du har erfarenhet av
- UGC-produktion.
- Creator collaborations.
- Motion graphics i After Effects.
- AI-verktyg för contentproduktion.
- Foto- och videoproduktion med kamerautrustning samt redigering/retusch
- Meta, TikTok eller YouTube.
