The Role
Are you passionate about creating engaging content and bringing ideas to life across social media and digital platforms? Do you enjoy combining creativity with structure, keeping projects moving while producing content that connects with audiences?

As our Junior Creative Producer & Coordinator, you'll play a key role in our Swedish Marketing & Communications team . You'll work across graphic design, video production, social media content and project coordination, helping transform ideas and upcoming titles into creative assets that strengthen our Viaplay and Allente brands.

Responsibilities:

• Create graphics and marketing assets for digital, social, and print using Adobe Creative Suite and Bannerflow.
• Produce and edit video content in Adobe Premiere Pro, tailored to each platform and audience.
• Develop engaging social-first content for channels including TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, and YouTube.
• Understand and stay on top of social media trends, formats and platform features, translating them into engaging, on-brand content.
• Coordinate multiple creative projects simultaneously, managing timelines, deliverables and content calendars.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing Campaign Managers, Social Media Manager, PR and Performance Marketing team from brief stage to final delivery.
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative output while maintaining organized project files and folders.

What we’re looking for
We understand you may feel confident ticking certain boxes more than others and that’s why we always keep an open mind in our recruitment process. But, in order to thrive in this role, we do believe you’ll have at least some experience in the following:

• Around 2+ years of experience in graphic design, content production or social media, supported by a portfolio showcasing your creative work.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop and InDesign) together with hands-on experience editing video in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• A solid understanding of social media platforms, content trends and best practices, with the ability to create engaging, platform-first content.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Fluent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.

It’s a bonus if you have:

• Experience within media, streaming or the entertainment industry.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Airtable or Monday.com .
• A can-do attitude, sense of humor and the ability to work humbly with others.
