Hos itm8 leder vi efter en Sales Manager til vores New Business Team. Rollen er til dig, der trives med jagten på den næste nye kunde, men som samtidig ved, at stærkt salg ikke handler om quick wins. Det handler om at forstå kundens forretning, bygge den rigtige business case og skabe aftaler, der holder.
Din opgave er klar: Du skal styrke vores position på markedet for Managed Services hos SMB- og Corporate-virksomheder i Danmark. Du arbejder tæt på Microsofts løsninger og teknologier og bringer samtidig itm8’s servicekatalog i spil, så kunderne får en samlet løsning, der skaber reel værdi. Du bliver tilknyttet en af vores lokationer i Danmark, men du skal også forvente at komme rundt til kunder og kolleger på tværs af landet.
Din rolle
Du får ansvar for at skabe, drive og lukke din egen salgspipeline. Du står ikke alene, for du får dygtige kolleger omkring dig, men det er dig, der holder momentum og sikrer fremdrift både internt og eksternt.
- Du identificerer nye kunder og åbner døre hos relevante beslutningstagere.
- Du afdækker kundens situation og omsætter behov til en tydelig business case.
- Du driver salgsprocessen fra første dialog til forhandling og lukket aftale.
- Du samarbejder på tværs af itm8 med specialister, rådgivere og leveranceteams.
- Du overdrager nye kunder til vores Client Managers efter succesfuld implementering, så kundens digitale rejse kan fortsætte med de rette hænder på opgaven.

Har kommercielt drive, teknisk forståelse og energi til at skabe nye relationer fra bunden. Du er “hunter by heart”, men du ved også, at god new business kræver tålmodighed, struktur og ordentlighed.
- Har stærk erfaring med B2B-salg og forstår, hvordan man driver en strategisk salgsproces.
- Har solgt løsninger inden for Managed Services, forretningssystemer, Cyber Security eller andre komplekse IT- og tech-løsninger.
- Kan tale med både forretning og IT og gøre komplekse løsninger konkrete for kunden.
- Er stærk i dialog, præsentation, forhandling og skriftlig kommunikation.
- Arbejder selvstændigt, proaktivt og målrettet, men trives med at vinde sammen med andre.
