Customer Service Professional

To strengthen and support our ongoing growth, Siemens Smart Infrastructure is looking for a Customer Service Professional for the Electrification & Automation business unit with base in Siemens A/S office in Ballerup. We are looking for a dedicated colleague to be part of our competent team with a unique placement in the organization providing advisement for our customer base. The Role

In this role you will use your knowledge and professional competencies to understand customer requirements and prepare technical and commercial proposals. You will monitor project scope, schedule, resources, costs, and risks to ensure successful delivery to our customers.

More specifically you will:

• Manage and execute service offers, quotations, and orders for Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) systems. 
• Plan and coordinate service orders and small service projects involving customers, engineering teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and field service resources. 
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, Siemens processes, quality standards, and EHS requirements. 
• Manage non-conformities (NCRs) and customer complaints by driving timely corrective actions, coordinating relevant stakeholders, and ensuring effective resolution.
• Maintain project documentation, service reports, and status updates while supporting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the organization.
• Monitor project performance, forecasts, and profitability in collaboration with finance 
• Identify opportunities for service growth, upgrades, modernization projects, and additional service offerings within the installed customer base. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical education and relevant experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, technical sales support, or field service operations.
• Experience with Medium Voltage power distribution systems; knowledge of protection and automation systems is considered an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in English; Danish is an advantage but not a requirement.
