About the Role
As our new Senior Project Manager, you will take responsibility for leading IT infrastructure projects with a strong focus on services implementation, transition and transformation. You will be involved from the sales and planning phases through implementation, validation, documentation, operational handover and final sign-off.

You will work closely with customers, internal delivery teams, specialists, Service Delivery Management and other key stakeholders to ensure that project scope, quality, timelines, risks and dependencies are managed professionally throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires a strong ability to connect customer needs, technical deliveries and operational requirements into a clear and executable project approach.

What You’ll Do

• Lead services implementation, transition and transformation projects within IT infrastructure for new and existing customers.
• Contribute project management expertise during the sales phase, including defining the overall implementation approach and collecting estimates for service enablement.
• Act as a liaison between sales, delivery teams, service owners, specialists and customer stakeholders.
• Plan, drive and coordinate the implementation of the agreed service management and infrastructure scope during project execution.
• Ensure operational readiness before handover to the run organization, including validation, documentation and sign-off.
• Manage risks, dependencies, decisions, progress reporting and stakeholder communication across internal and external project stakeholders.
• Support Hand over – Take over activities from tender and project phases into operations.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery Management, Customer Solutions Architects, technical specialists and operations teams to ensure high-quality delivery to customers.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Experience Includes

• Minimum 8 years of project management experience within IT, preferably from IT infrastructure, IT outsourcing, managed services or enterprise technology environments.
• Proven experience leading complex projects involving services implementation, transition, transformation or operational handover.
• Strong project management toolbox, including planning, governance, stakeholder management, risk management, reporting and delivery follow-up.
• Experience managing both internal and external stakeholders in a customer-facing delivery environment.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure services and the ability to work effectively with technical specialists across infrastructure domains.
• Understanding of service management, operational readiness and handover to operations.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices; Prince2, PMI or similar project management certification is an advantage.
• Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• A relevant educational background within IT, business, engineering, project management or a similar field.
