Joining Business Finance
Business Finance provides comprehensive financial planning, analysis, and reporting services, alongside expert financial advice and support to Ramboll’s markets. You will join the Business Finance team dedicated to supporting the Transport market. The team consists of 13 employees located across DK, DE and UK. Your workplace will be at our head office in Copenhagen.

Your new role
You will report to the Project Controlling Manager, and your key responsibilities will be to assist with relevant Business Finance tasks with a focus on project controlling.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports
• Participate and assist in month-end closing activities
• Support the Project Controller Team with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks
• Help with the preparation of financial presentations
• Collaborate with project controllers and department managers to ensure correct financial records
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed
• Learn and apply industry best practices under the mentorship of experienced professionals

The position is designed for 15-20 hours per week.

About you:

• Preferably, you are studying a Bachelor’s degree in your 2nd or 3rd year or just about to start your Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a similar field.

Furthermore, we expect you to have the following qualifications:

• Structured and collaborative mindset
• Demonstrate drive and keen attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Tech-savvy with a flair for IT - experience with BI tools is an advantage
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive, and not afraid to embrace opportunities when given the chance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Basic knowledge and understanding of Danish (verbal and written)
