Bispebjerg og Frederiksberg Hospital
Bispebjerg & Frederiksberg Hospital (BFH) og Bornholms Hospital (BOH) er partnerskabshospitaler. Derfor tilbyder vi nu dele-introduktionsstillinger i Intern Medicin. Introduktionsstillingerne er på de sædvanlige tolv måneder men fordelt over seks måneder på Medicinsk Afdeling, BOH og seks måneder på en intern medicinsk afdeling på BFH.

Introduktionsstillingen kombinerer det bedste fra de to hospitaler: På Bornholm møder du den helt brede intern medicin samt onkologi, pædiatri, neurologi og psykiatri. På Bispebjerg-Frederiksberg får du også berøring med mange forskellige medicinske problemstillinger og ser derudover patienter i et fokuseret speciale.
Stillingen byder i øvrigt på både det bedste fra storbyen såvel som fra den skønne bornholmske natur.
Du vil undervejs få følgende kurser:
- ”Vejledning i klinikken” også kaldet Pædagogik II, 2 dage
- ”CRASH 1” om rationel farmakoterapi, 1 dag
- Advanced Life Support, 2 dage
- Kritisk sygt barn, 1 dag
- Fokuseret ophold i pædiatri, 5 dage på Amager og Hvidovre Hospital
- HOT-lumbalpunktur, 0,5 dag
Om Medicinsk Afdeling, BOH
På Afdeling for Medicinske Sygdomme på Bornholms hospital kan du stifte bekendtskab med samtlige medicinske specialer og patienter fra 0 til +100 år. Der er noget helt særligt ved et lille hospital med et stort sammenhold, hvor alle kender alle og hjælper hinanden på tværs.
Som introduktionslæge vil du blive indplaceret i mellemvagtslaget og have vagter i akutmodtagelsen, gå stuegang på indlagte patienter og varetage ambulatoriefunktion. Vi tilstræber fleksibilitet i arbejdsplanlægningen og vil gerne tilgodese faglige fokusområder hvis muligt.
Uddannelse af yngre læger vægtes højt. Ved ansættelsesstart bliver du grundigt introduceret og der afholdes morgenundervisning flere gange om ugen samt løbende pædiatrisk scenarietræning. Der er rig mulighed for supervision og konferering i det daglige, efter hver vagt er der debriefing og vi går meget op i kompetencevurdering og feedback.
På BOH tilbydes du en lægebolig tæt på hospitalet (og stranden). Her bor også andre yngre læger, der arbejder på hospitalet, i psykiatrien samt i almen praksis, hvilket skaber et helt særligt fællesskab. Vi kan også tilbyde hjælp med bl.a. daginstitutioner, skole og job til ægtefælle. Bornholm byder selvfølgelig også på storslået natur, al slags havsport, klatring, vandreture samt gode kulturoplevelser.
Om Endokrinologisk afdeling, BFH
På Bispebjerg Frederiksberg Hospital får du en introduktion til endokrinologi med fokus på faglighed og uddannelse. I din ansættelse får du naturligvis hjælp af dygtige sygeplejersker og den medicinske bagvagt.
Bispebjerg Hospital kalder vi "Byens Hospital" med sloganet "Det samarbejdende hospital". Et stort hospital, med mange afdelinger og funktioner. Vi samarbejder tæt internt, med andre afdelinger, eksternt, med patienten i fokus. Vores uddannelsesprogram for YL er ambitiøst med en samlet strategiplan for hele BFH.
Vi varetager udredning og behandling af patienter indenfor medicinsk endokrinologi. Derudover har vi et sengeafsnit med 20 senge med endokrinologiske og intern medicinske patienter. Akutte medicinske patienter modtages i samarbejde med Akutafdelingen og de øvrige medicinske afdelinger.
Vi arbejder målrettet på at skabe et fagligt miljø, hvor patienten er i centrum. Det understøtter vi bl.a. ved at prioritere det tværfaglige uddannelsesmiljø og forskning højt. Afdelingen har en velfungerende forskningsenhed og tre professorer.
Undervisning, supervision og feedback er fast del af vores hverdag og vægtes højt. Vi forventer, at du udviser fagligt engagement og aktivt bidrager til at fastholde og udvikle det gode arbejdsmiljø og kollegiale fællesskab.
Løn- og ansættelsesvilkår
Løn- og ansættelsesvilkår i henhold til overenskomst mellem RLTN (Regionernes Lønnings- og Takstnævn) og Yngre Læger.
Det er en forudsætning for ansættelsen, at der kan indhentes en ren børneattest.
