Diese Stelle wird sich in erster Linie auf unsere Anwendungen im Bereich Motive Power konzentrieren, die Flurförderzeuge und Hubwagen, Schienengeräte, Bergbaugeräte und Geräte zur Bodenversorgung von Fluggesellschaften umfassen. Zu den Marken im Bereich Motive Power gehören Hawker, Ironclad, General Battery und Fiamm. EnerSys bietet für alle Anwendungen, für die Antriebskraft benötigt wird, die perfekte Energielösung.

Aufgabenbeschreibung (schwerpunktmäßige Auflistung):
- Entgegennehmen sämtlicher Kundenanfragen und -bedürfnisse
- Eigenverantwortliche Lösung bzw. Abarbeitung d. gestellten Aufgaben
- Anlegen von Angeboten, Aufträgen, Retouren, Rechnungen, Gutschriften, etc.
- Abrechnen und einstellen von Servicescheinen
- Beauftragungen von Servicetechnikern
- SAP Kundenstammdaten anlegen und pflegen
- Komplette Einkaufsabwicklung von Ladegeräten uns Systemlösungen bei deutschen und internationalen Lieferanten
- Beauftragung von Transporten bei Vertragsspediteuren
- Bestellen des Batterieentsorgers und Koordination der Abholung
- Entgegennehmen von Kundenreklamationen mit anschließender Reklamationsbearbeitung
- Koordination zw. Servicetechnikern, Verkäufern und Kunden
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Anwendungstechnik, Qualitätsabteilung, Auftragssteuerung, Fertigung, Buchhaltung, Einkauf und Service
- Lieferterminverfolgung
- InsideSales Aufgaben
- Abwicklung Innendienst der Abteilung Rental
Ausbildungs-/Berufserfahrung:
- Notwendig für die Stelle ist eine kfm.
- Ausbildung oder technische Ausbildung und mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst.
- Grundkenntnisse in Englisch. SAP und Office Kenntnisse
