Teton is building the foundational data layer for the point of care, using real-time, multimodal AI to generate a digital twin of the patient and care environment. Our proprietary computer-vision system enables staff to automate documentation, proactively manage resident acuity, and streamline workflows across entire facilities. Our platform delivers unprecedented access to real-time data insights, empowering healthcare providers with actionable intelligence to enhance decision-making and elevate care delivery.

All of that runs on hardware we build in Copenhagen and ship to care homes across Europe and the US. Production is scaling fast, and the coming year is the steepest ramp we have had.

The Role

Teton's supply chain is one person today. You will be the second.

You take over the daily movement of physical goods. That covers our suppliers, our warehouse in Copenhagen, and every shipment that leaves it for a care home in Denmark, the UK, the US, Switzerland or Norway. It also covers the returns, the customs paperwork, and the stock numbers that have to match what is actually on the shelf.

You will work closely with our warehouse and assembly team of five, who build, test and pack the units you ship. A good part of your week is spent with them, and the quality of that working relationship is most of what makes the job run.

This is an operating role. You will book the shipments yourself, write the customs documents yourself, and chase the missing pallet yourself. In a team this size there is nobody to hand it to. The upside is real: you see the consequences of your own work within hours, and when something is broken you have the standing to go and fix the process behind it rather than just clearing the symptom.

Shipments are the constant. How much of the rest leans toward supply chain and how much toward supporting our deployment teams depends on where your strengths turn out to be.

What You'll Own

• Outbound fulfillment. Book carrier shipments with UPS, FedEx and NTG for customer deployments across our regions. Prepare commercial invoices and customs documentation. Own the delivery-note and labelling standard.

• Inbound logistics. Track supplier shipments, plan arrivals with the warehouse and assembly team, register and reconcile receipts against purchase orders, and chase what does not add up.

• Reverse logistics. Run the returns flow end to end, including labels, pickups, carrier bookings and receipt reconciliation across all regions.

• Long-tail procurement. Own reordering of production consumables, accessories and small dropship items, including stock levels and reorder points.

• ERP. Keep Odoo honest. Products, purchase orders, receipts and BOM data. You are the first line of defence when the system stops matching reality.

• Reporting. Produce the monthly supply-chain KPI inputs covering shipments, inbound performance and stock accuracy.

Beyond the day-to-day

You will also run your own initiatives from start to finish. Recent examples would be warehouse process optimization, launch logistics for a new hardware generation, customs and compliance process design, or building out our US 3PL flow. These are yours to scope and land.

What We're Looking For

• Around one to three years of hands-on operational experience. Freight forwarding, fulfilment, warehouse administration, logistics or procurement support all count, and we are not fussy about which corner of it you came from.

• Comfort with details that carry consequences. A wrong HS code or a missing signature causes real problems downstream, and you would rather catch it early than explain it later.

• The ability to keep a lot of small things moving at once without being chased.

• Confidence in Excel, and some experience of working in an ERP. We run Odoo, but any ERP is fine.

• Fluent English. We work in English, so Danish is not needed.

• A relevant degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is welcome.

Useful, though none of it is required: customs or import/export documentation experience in the EU, UK or US; work with freight forwarders or multi-entity shipping setups; familiarity with electronics and computer hardware.

• When something is a mess, your first instinct is to clear it yourself, and only then to build the process that stops it coming back. If your instinct is to design a process and hand it to somebody else, you would be unhappy here.

• A meaningful share of this job is repetitive, detailed and invisible when it goes well. That should sound fine to you rather than like something to escape from within a year.

• You want to help build the function while it is still being shaped.

• You communicate directly, escalate early, and bring a suggested answer along with the problem.

This role reports to the Supply Chain Manager.
