We’re growing, so we’re currently looking for an engaged and energetic part-time Junior Operations Specialist to help elevate the customer and contractor experience and optimize our daily operations. Role overview and responsibilities
As a Junior Operations Specialist, you will:

· Help customers, contractors, and drivers via chat, email, and phone, quickly and professionally

· Solve operational challenges with sharp problem-solving and attention to detail

· Contribute to process optimization and improvements that make a difference

· Ensure efficient coordination and daily operation of our activities

We'll train you thoroughly, experience with logistics, purchasing, or customer service is a plus but not a requirement. Hours are flexible and tailored to students, including early morning, evening, and weekend shifts.

What success looks like (6-12 months)
· You have a solid understanding of Mover’s customers, contractors, drivers and daily operations, and how they are impacted by our services

· You’ve built a reliable rhythm of handling customer, contractors and driver requests quickly and professionally

· You’ve contributed to real improvements in our processes and quality control

· Your team sees you as a reliable partner they can hand a topic to, and trust with the result

About you
· Currently studying business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field

· Strong speaking and writing skills in professional Danish and English.

· Responsible and dedicated

· A flair for structure, overview, and communication

· Able to stay calm, even when things move fast

· Love learning new things and quickly grasp new systems

· Interest in technology and digital solutions
