Student intern in Training (18 - 30 hours per week)

The position
As a student intern, you will join the team supporting training execution and administration in Drug Product Manufacturing (DPM) Gentofte. You will gain hands-on experience by helping plan and coordinate training activities and by ensuring accurate and timely training administration in our systems.

You will work closely with training coordinators, subject matter experts, and line organisations, contributing to a smooth end-to-end training process in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting training registration ,
• Supporting training assignment in relevant systems and following up on completion status and overdue training
• Supporting training coordination , including planning, meeting invites, trainer coordination, and practical logistics (rooms, materials, and communication)
• Maintaining training documentation and templates, and supporting updates to training overviews and local training pages (e.g., SharePoint)
• Supporting administrative follow-up (e.g., attendance records, simple status reporting) and contributing to continuous improvements of training administration processes

The student internship requires a minimum commitment of 6 months , with the possibility to extend depending on performance and mutual interest. Weekly hours between 18 and 30.

Requirements
We are looking for a motivated student intern who:

• Is currently studying within Business Administration, HR, Learning & Development or a similar field
• Is structured, detail-oriented, and enjoys administrative tasks and coordination
• Is comfortable working with IT systems and can quickly learn new tools (experience with LMS/training systems is an advantage, but not required)
• Has solid skills in Microsoft Office , especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Is proactive, service-minded, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Communicates clearly and enjoys collaborating with many different stakeholders

You will be part of DPM Gentofte, supporting training execution and administration for the site. The area focuses on ensuring that training is planned, coordinated, documented, and completed in a timely manner, enabling a strong learning culture and high operational standards.
